• Unauthorized reproduction of material protected by copyright law without permission from the rights holder(s);
• Attempts to disable software that protects our services and data.

Intellectual Property

Yukon Gold Casino retains all intellectual property rights in its Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, designs, logos, domain names and other proprietary rights.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify Yukon Gold Casino (including our officers, employees, directors and agents), from any claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of your breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to those described in sections 3 and 4 above.

Limitation of Liability

Yukon Gold Casino's total liability under this Agreement for all claims arising from the use of Services is strictly limited to direct damages only (to the extent permitted by applicable law). In no event will Yukon Gold Casino be liable for indirect, special or consequential losses howsoever caused, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, business, data, business interruption or other commercial losses.

Amendment and Termination

Yukon Gold Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. If you do not agree with such amendments, your sole option is to cease all use of the Services immediately. Yukon Gold Casino may terminate this Agreement (including access to the Services) at any time for breach or if we decide that termination is necessary.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising from it will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of English law, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.

Survival of Terms

In the event any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid for whatever reason, such provision shall be deemed deleted and all other terms in effect at that time remain operative.

Entire Agreement

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Yukon Gold Casino and you regarding your use of our Services.
